2. Order requests
Checkout submits an order request. We confirm size, colour, GSM variant, final price, and send payment instructions. The contract is binding once we confirm acceptance and you pay.
3. Payment methods
- Debit or credit card — via our PCI-compliant payment partner when offered.
- Bank transfer — details and reference in confirmation; dispatch after cleared funds.
We do not request card details by email or unsolicited phone call.
4. Currency and pricing
Prices in GBP with UK VAT included where shown. Bulk enquiries may receive a separate quote by email.
5. Security
Card data is encrypted and processed by certified providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
6. Failed or late payment
Unpaid orders may be cancelled after the timeframe in your confirmation (typically 48 hours for bank transfer).
7. Invoices
Email confirmation after payment. VAT invoices for businesses available on request with company details.
8. Refunds

9. Chargebacks and fraud
