4. Picking and Dispatch
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a dispatch notification email when your order leaves our warehouse, along with any available tracking information.
5. Delivery to Your Door
Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. All deliveries are free with no minimum spend. We deliver to mainland England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
6. Not Right? Easy Returns
If something isn't right — wrong size, not what you expected, or a fault — email us at info@ukexpoholdingsltd.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the return process and sort out a refund or exchange promptly.
